Job summary

Burger King in Hyde Park, MA is seeking a motivated shift supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will develop servant leaders, train new hires, coach staff, monitor service speed, maintain HACCP and quality standards, and partner with the general manager to hit sales and guest satisfaction targets.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs
• Reviews inventory efficiencies and creates product orders
• Evaluates and implements cost controls
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding of new team members
• Implements action plans to address employee needs and assessments
