Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to help run theatre operations and ensure top-quality guest service. You will be cross-trained across departments and lead staff under the General Manager's guidance.

The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after program completion and six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions with staff.
• Works in all theatre departments and functions.
• Trains and coaches team members.
• Prepares administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects theatre facilities and equipment; reports repairs.
• Ensures dress code compliance and excellent guest service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies fairly and consistently.
• Maintains employee relations reporting.
• Works with safety protocols and uses PPE as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
