Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations and build a strong team focused on great food and friendly service. You will schedule staff, monitor performance, and ensure health and safety standards while driving profitability. The role requires 1+ year in hospitality, ServeSafe certified, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• ServeSafe certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Schedule and deploy the team, monitor performance, and ensure standards.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with laws.
• Drive fast and friendly service and a quality customer experience.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and accounting procedures.
• Coach and develop team members and respond to questions.
