Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the staff.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for the team.
• Coach shift supervisors and prepare them for advancement.
• Monitor speed of service and maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Collaborate with the GM to create action plans for guest metrics.
• Review sales and schedules to ensure QSC targets are met.
• Maintain accurate daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Oversee inventory to optimize product orders and costs.
• Implement cost controls and adjust staffing as needed.
