Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of food and service aligns with brand standards.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Schedule deliveries and manage inventory and vendor relations.
• Monitor food prep, portions, garnishes, and presentation to standard.
• Utilize POS system and handle cash handling duties as needed.
• Train and mentor new staff; assist in performance evaluations.
