Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership in our store. You’ll drive sales through analyzing the business, delivering best-in-class service, and overseeing opening and closing routines.

You’ll lead staffing, training, and development, present product knowledge, manage visual displays, and ensure brand standards. This role offers growth from within and a path to future store leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
