Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS or have 2–4+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control labor costs through scheduling and team retention initiatives.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and coordinate tasks for setup and cleaning.
• Conduct inventory checks and manage deliveries with accuracy.
• Maintain QSC and safety standards and ensure fast, courteous service.
• Direct shift tasks, cover breaks, and adjust staffing based on volume.
• Address customer feedback promptly under EPL policies.
