Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, apparel, or golf industry.
• Golf knowledge/background is a plus but not required.
• Ability to spend work time standing or moving about the departments within the store; physical activities incl. bending, lifting up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a store culture aligned with Worldwide Golf values and the Sure No Problem philosophy.
• Provide exceptional shopping experience through greeting and engagement; assist in in-store visual merchandising.
• Maintain product knowledge, assist with stock flow, markdowns, and inventory in the department.
• Evaluate customers’ needs, make recommendations, and apply apparel knowledge to aid decisions.
• Research merchandise availability and manage shipping/receiving records.
• Suggest process improvements after training and perform other duties as assigned.
