Tilly's in National City, CA is hiring an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team. You will model exemplary service, drive selling behaviors, and lead a strong team of Associates to deliver the Tillys Experience.

You will hire, train and develop staff, ensure smooth store operations, and create an energetic, inviting store environment that motivates both customers and employees to excel. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
