Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager to work with the Store Management Team to deliver an amazing Tillys Experience for every customer. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, and be responsible for hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates.

Together with store leadership, you will ensure smooth operations, create a great store environment, and communicate effectively to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
