Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager in Redlands, CA. You will work with the Store Management Team to ensure customers receive an amazing Tillys Experience, modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors while hiring and developing a strong team of Associates.

This is a full-time, in-store role with a salary range of $18.50–$20.50 per hour. Benefits include 401k, comprehensive health benefits, employee discounts, and paid sick/vacation time with overtime where applicable.

• Retail leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50
