You will model exemplary service, drive selling behaviors, and be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a strong team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and a vibrant environment. Ideal candidates bring retail leadership, strong communication skills, and a track record of coaching teams.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
