Job summary

Tillys Inc. in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team and ensure every Customer enjoys an amazing Tillys Experience. You will model exemplary service, lead by example, and drive strong selling behaviors.

You will hire, train, and develop a capable team of Associates, oversee store operations, create a positive store environment, and collaborate across departments to deliver results.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50
Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
