Job summary

Tillys is hiring an Assistant Manager in Redding, CA to partner with the Store Management Team. You will model exceptional service and selling behaviors while leading a team of Associates, and you will own daily store operations and the customer experience.

Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
