Job summary

Tillys in Modesto, CA seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Management Team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, and help run day-to-day store operations.

You will hire, train and develop a high-performing team of Associates, create a vibrant store environment, and lead with strong communication and leadership. Retail experience is preferred.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, but it also means hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, creating a great Store environment, and so much more! Hourly Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
