Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team and deliver an amazing Tillys Experience. You will model outstanding service and selling behaviors, and you will lead a team on the sales floor in Universal City, CA.

You will hire, train and develop a strong team of associates, oversee store operations, and maintain a great store environment with consistent execution. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a fast fashion retailer.
