Job summary

Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager in Concord, CA to join the Store Management Team. You will model exemplary service and selling behaviors, while hiring, training, and developing a strong team of Associates for a smooth-running store.

You will lead daily operations, maintain a great store environment, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and hands-on coaching to drive results.
