Braum's in Wichita, KS is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations across Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales. You will coach the store crew, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize sales while maintaining food quality and safety standards.

The role requires 2 years' experience in retail management, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to policies and procedures. A rotating schedule, competitive compensation, and an extensive benefits package are included.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Criminal background check and job-fit assessment required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
