Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Salina, Kansas to lead the store team and support daily operations for Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales. The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining product quality, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Must have 21+ years old, a valid driver license, and retail management experience. The position offers an hourly range of $16.50–$17.00 with a typical 45-hour work week and bi-weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
