The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail management experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining Braum's standards. Competitive hourly pay ($16.50-$17.00) with a bi-weekly bonus program and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail management experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
