Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily store operations, coach the team, and deliver a great customer experience while maximizing sales. You will oversee Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales, monitor inventory and safety, and ensure policies are followed.

Requirements include 2 years of retail management, a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail Management experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness; ensure policies are followed.
• Work on a rotating 3 week schedule with an average 45 hour work week.
• Report to Store Manager.
