Job summary

Braum's in Wichita, KS is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead store crew and ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.

You will coach and develop team members, oversee shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain, and monitor inventory, safety and cleanliness. A 45-hour work week on a rotating schedule is typical, with opportunities for advancement and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Work schedule involves a rotating 3 week pattern with about 45 hours per week.
