Job summary

Braum's in Springfield, MO is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor to lead the store team, shape service quality and maximize sales. You will coach crew, supervise food service, grocery, and fountain operations, and partner with the Store Manager to uphold Braum's standards.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, is at least 21, and has a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
