The role reports to the Store Manager, requires retail management experience and a high school diploma, and offers an excellent compensation package with a bi-weekly bonus program. Expect a rotating schedule and 45-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
