Northern Blends Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and drive business results while building a strong team culture and delivering an Unrivaled Guest Experience.

You will lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This is a full-time leadership role with opportunities for advancement and a focus on development.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred.
Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead others.
Comfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reporting.
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performance.
Support a culture of hospitality, development, and accountability.
Train, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
Lead by example in guest service, food safety, and brand standards.
Manage inventory, cash handling, and P&L reporting tools.
Address guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism.
Foster local brand presence and store community engagement.
Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures.
