Job summary

Northern Blends Smoothie King, a leader in the Michigan retail smoothie segment, seeks an Assistant Manager to join our championship team. You will partner with the GM to drive results, develop a strong culture, and deliver an unrivaled guest experience across Michigan and Ohio locations.

You will train and coach a high-performing team, oversee scheduling and labor, ensure food safety and brand standards, and manage inventory, cash handling, and P&L tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM/DL in daily operations, including scheduling, labor, and performance.
• Support a culture of hospitality, development, and accountability.
• Train, coach, and retain a high-performing team.
• Lead by example in guest service, food safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and P&L reporting tools.
• Address guest concerns and team challenges with professionalism.
• Foster local brand presence and store community engagement.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance procedures.
