You’ll partner with the Store Manager to develop talent, enhance the customer experience, and execute daily operations, merchandising, and loss‑prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop associates.

• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model and lead a customer-first selling culture by driving engagement, loyalty initiatives, visuals, and brand values.

• Plan and execute daily tasks in partnership with the Store Manager.
