Harlem Shake in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations at our Harlem location. You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead a diverse team and uphold high standards of service, safety, and quality.

This on-site role requires hands-on coaching, problem solving, and accountability across FOH and BOH. You will schedule, supervise, and help maintain a welcoming guest experience while ensuring compliance with NYC health and safety rules.
