Job summary

Harlem Shake in New York, NY seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment. You’ll oversee food safety, scheduling, inventory, labor costs, and cash handling while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years of restaurant management, NYC Food Protection Certificate, and the ability to train and mentor teams, including supervising staff during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of daily operations, food and labor costs, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and food safety.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop supervisors and team members.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate required; English proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Store Manager Requirements

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience; fast-casual experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of daily operations, food and labor costs, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and food safety.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and develop supervisors and team members.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Focused on increasing sales and providing a great guest experience.
• Must be reliable, hands-on, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate required.
• English required; Spanish is a plus
