Job summary

Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a strong team focused on delivering great food and a friendly guest experience. You will reinforce Border Foods core values and drive accountability, integrity, teamwork and excellence across the restaurant in Cheyenne, WY.

You will manage scheduling, staffing, training, and the execution of standards for safety, quality, and service while pursuing growth opportunities for both the store and your team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
