Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and build a cohesive, high-performing team. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment and deliver great food and friendly service to guests.

You will reinforce border Foods CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment while meeting labor, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead and coach team members to uphold Border Foods CORE values.
