Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Casper, WY location. You will reinforce Border Foods CORE values while supervising restaurant operations and building a capable team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.

You will lead with accountability, integrity, and teamwork, ensuring safety, training, and customer satisfaction. The role offers career growth and robust employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
