Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations, train staff, and lead the team to achieve sales, service, and quality goals. You will coordinate with the store manager on scheduling, inventory, and daily procedures to ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and food safety.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, supervising shifts, managing deliveries, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training.
• Achieve company objectives in service quality and appearance through training.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover all shifts to keep operations going smoothly.
• Ensure weekly truck deliveries are on time and costs are controlled.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain temperature logs.
• Report differences with the store manager and compliance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards (QSC) across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a welcoming, responsive service experience.
• Prepare and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Ensure cashiers follow corporate guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee cash and credit handling, deposits, and reconciliation.
• Give one-on-one coaching to team members and review performance.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Fill in for shifts and support scheduling and cleaning tasks as needed.
