You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in and support a 3+ week store leadership training program.
