Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store and drive guest satisfaction.
• Participate in hiring, training and directing associates to meet financial goals.
• Support leaders through a multi-week leadership training program.
