You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to hit financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Complete a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
