Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide training and mentorship to store staff via our leadership program.
• Support implementation of company standards and practices to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
