Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead and mentor team members; participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of store operations and guest experiences.
