Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and ongoing development. Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities, full benefits, and a path for growth into management are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates, and achieving financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store performance.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program for success.
