Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an experienced leader to join our store management team in a full-time role. You will assist in operating a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial and guest experience goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodation requests will be considered as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to prepare for store management responsibilities.
• Provide leadership and ensure compliance with company policies and guest service standards.
