You’ll assist operation of a single store, hire and direct staff to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and lead day-to-day activities.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
