Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and guiding associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure timely, accurate execution of operations.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
