Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of assisting the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store overseeing hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
