Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Assistant Manager oversees a single store, hires and guides associates, and contributes to financial goals while delivering guest experiences.

We offer 3+ weeks of store leadership training, paid training, growth into management, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO and scholarships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
