GPM Investments Rose Mart in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager. You will support the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, cash handling, scheduling, and coaching a team to deliver friendly service and store profitability.

Open availability is required with weekend/holiday work and second or third shifts. Benefits include weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, a 401(k), PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, and a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with DL, vehicle, and insurance for bank deposits.
• Physical readiness: able to clean restrooms, take out trash, maintain exterior areas.
• Minimum age 18+.
• Proficient in English with basic math.
• Willing to learn and obtain Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
