GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our North Carolina store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and ensure excellent customer service on every shift.

This role requires open availability for weekends, holidays, and typically second or third shifts, with responsibilities spanning cash handling, scheduling, and daily store operations. A strong leader mindset will help you grow toward store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and retail operations.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to deliver great customer service.
• Capable of handling cash deposits and basic store financials.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate staff to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high‑performing team.
• Act as store manager on your shift when needed.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, merchandising, and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Provide leadership to ensure store success and customer satisfaction.
