Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead store operations, motivate a team, and drive performance. This role requires hands-on leadership, open availability, and the ability to cover all shifts including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will manage inventory, train staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Safety Certification.
• Minimum age 21+
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Open availability for any shift.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage—work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean, maintain lot and pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with focus on growth.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have valid driver’s license and insurance.
