Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. This role leads a single store, with training through a multi-week Store Leadership Training program.

You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards, with a three-week leadership training provided to ensure your success and growth within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Provide leadership and support to ensure store success and excellent guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for leadership responsibilities.
