A 3+ week Store Leadership Training program and mentorship support are provided to prepare you for success. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and directing associates, ensuring Safe Food handling and adherence to company standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Support training through a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program and ongoing mentorship.
