You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexibility with opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program.
